Book My Teacher assists students and parents in finding suitable tutors based on their academic requirements. While we strive to recommend qualified tutors, the final selection and engagement remain the responsibility of the student or parent.

• Any service fees, consultation charges, subscription fees, or processing fees paid to Book My Teacher are governed by the applicable service plan.
• Unless specifically stated, payments made to the platform are non-refundable.
• Tutor fees are mutually agreed upon between the tutor and the student/parent unless otherwise specified.

Demo classes may be arranged subject to tutor availability. Book My Teacher does not guarantee that a demo class will result in the selection of the tutor.

Users shall not:

• Provide false or misleading information.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse any tutor or user.
• Share inappropriate, unlawful, or offensive content.
• Misuse the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities.
• Attempt to bypass platform policies where applicable.

All content, logos, branding, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials on Book My Teacher are the intellectual property of Book My Teacher and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

Book My Teacher acts only as a facilitator connecting tutors and students. We are not responsible for:

• The academic performance of students.
• Tutor conduct outside the platform.
• Disputes between tutors and students.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

Book My Teacher reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be violating these Terms & Conditions or applicable laws.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Book My Teacher may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts where Book My Teacher is registered or operates.
